Living life as authentic as I can. Taking the time to stop and blog my thoughts about life.. there are many circumstances in which the only way to get through them is by the grace of God. This blog shows many transitions in our life..it began to show our journey as missionaries to Italy and now it's our journey serving in ministry right here in Lincoln, NE.

Our life here in Lincoln now includes walking through the foster care system as foster parents. We are just beginning this walk. I am excited to share with you what that looks like and the emotions that will surely come as our family takes this leap. I have PCOS and have battled infertility for about twelve years, we are so ready to add to our family and can't wait to see what that will look like. We know that the road will be bumpy and I want to be honest about those bumps. 

Also living life in the world of ministry is filled with many wonderful joys and challenges, we've transitioned from being missionaries overseas to being missionaries right here in our city. My husband is an inner-city youth director and we are blessed to see God working right here in our backyard!

We have two teenage children who keep us hopping and you will at times get a glimpse of their take on our life. I love to have them chime in and will try to have them guest post as we have little foster children join our life.
